1-2-1 Goal Mapping With A Coach: What are you aiming for? How long will it take to get there and what challenges can we expect along the way? Once we know what your priorities and “bumpers” are (aka things you are and aren’t prepared to do), then we can help you navigate toward your goals.
Responsive Nutrition: This principle is based on how you are responding to the guidelines and how we can adapt it. Our job as coaches isn’t to “cookie cutter” you. There is no “one-size fits all” approach. We need to figure out what will make you stick to the process and what we need to adapt.
Personalised Workout Plan: Do you want performance or physique, or both? Will it be at home, in the gym, outdoors or in a hotel room. Burpees or not. We’re not one dimensional when it comes to exercise, it’s all about figuring out what your limitations are, what you can do and won’t do. From there we can use our knowledge to create the perfect plan for you. Hard work is still required though.
